Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda

There are three big mountains in the range of regret….shoulda, coulda and woulda.

Fortunately, we don’t have to climb those mountains anymore and fall into their valleys.

They lead to the land of discouragement, disillusionment and fear.

Nothing can be done about our past, we don’t live there anymore and it doesn’t matter what others think of it.

Let’s unpack that old climbing gear and repack with new gear and head for a different mountain range…wanna, canna, gonna.

I wanna climb this mountain.

I can climb that mountain.

I am gonna climb it and find out what’s at the top!

Trade in the shoulda, coulda, wouldas for a ‘good on me’!

Yellow = Sunshine!

We had a pretty decent winter up until February this year.

Then it got dark, snowy, icy and cold!

Spring is moving into the department stores now, and yellow has never looked so good!!

I saw a lady at Target…her cart filled with yellowy-gold towels, bath mats and matching accessories—looked like a cart full of sunshine roaming around the store. I wanted to tell her that, but she turned down another aisle before I could meet her.

My granddaughter’s favorite color is yellow, mine have been blues, purples and greens. But this year, my new favorite color just might be yellow. What colors light up your life?

We all need a little sunshine!

Decide to Change

It’s that simple. Just say yes to your wish to change. You only have 2 choices…yes or no, so why not pick yes?

Yes just sounds friendlier and more freeing. The main thing about choosing yes is that involves moving forward — effort saying yes again and again to change.

No is so easy, anyone can say that…just say no and stay the same…same pain, same trials, same mistakes, same places, same friends…safe, but going nowhere.

So just say yes to your heart’s desire to change — stick one foot out and follow up with your other foot — see you’re already two steps ahead!

Now keep moving. You can do it.

You owe it to yourself and your family.

Where can I start today?

I will move one foot forward today.
