What Do You See?

It’s a matter of training; training ourselves what to look at… a matter of focus.

We don’t aim our cameras for any old shot to take, we take good aim and focus on what we want shown in that picture …that will no doubt be shared with others.

What we focus our thoughts and lives on is what we will share with others in our words or through our actions.

Focus on ugly often leads to doing ugly.

Focus on good often leads to doing good.

An artist focuses on what he wants to paint or draw and that’s what he produces. Even in a ‘non-artistic’ mode what we focus on is what we draw out of our lives.

What are you focusing your lens on?

What are you painting on your life canvas that will be shared with others?

Give them a good picture.

Give them something worthwhile to remember.

Give them something to inspire them to paint a better picture.

I QUIT!

Time for the honest truth….no other kind of truth really…

Winter, about 4 years ago, I quit writing on my blog…let it expire, didn’t contribute anything good for anybody…just quit thinking about good things to write about.

So much for all my talk about doing good and then not doing my good…writing about it…encouraging others to do their good.

Then about a year ago, I began thinking about things, how I really needed to begin again; I even told God, if He’d give me ideas to write that I would. But I never did.

Today during a very hard time, a thought came to mind, and rather than forget about it, I sat down to write about it.

You will read it in the next post.

That’s my confession, now I’m back in the saddle.

We need to talk about the good going on everywhere, with so much negative, down in the mouth talk at every angle, our boats are starting to sink. It’s time to tip the scales in the other direction….up!!!

There’s gobs of good going on all over…

Find it today!

(then tell somebody else about it)
