Getting your mind off yourself and thinking of helping another person is a great antidote for feeling down.

I went through these worthless thoughts a few minutes ago and had to snap myself out of it by deciding several friends needed a letter. Who does snail mail these days anyway?! But people still like getting letters in the mail. The stamps are a fun piece of tiny artwork sent along with my words – so off they go!
