The best mechanic is the one who designed the product.
Other mechanics need to be trained at various schools, but even then they can misdiagnose, (although quite certain they are correct at the time), no matter how much training they’ve had or how ‘state-of-the-art’ their diagnostic electronics are.
So why do we keep going to those who don’t know/understand how we’re made for help with our problems. They try to help, but often don’t have the manual or fully understand the nature of the problem, no matter how well meaning they are.
