One person creating something causes another person to want to create something too.
There is a certain peacefulness that comes over the ‘artist’ when he creates. He gets lost in his work of creating something. Who cares what it looks like. The fun is in the making, and remaking and maybe throwing it all out and starting again.
Keep working your ‘art’, and it will promote itself!
