Cranberry Banana Smoothie 🙂
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 rounded Tablespoons yogurt
- 1 chunk of ginger root (about 1/2″)
- 1 big handful frozen cranberries
- 1 giant handful fresh greens
- 1/2 C grapefruit juice, water or coconut water
Whir on high until liquified
This is not a super sweet smoothie, but it will give you energy for the morning. Change/adjust ingredients to use what you have…that’s the fun of making your own smoothie.
