Saturday Smoothie!

Cranberry Banana Smoothie 🙂

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 rounded Tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 chunk of ginger root (about 1/2″)
  • 1 big handful frozen cranberries
  • 1 giant handful fresh greens
  • 1/2 C grapefruit juice, water or coconut water

Whir on high until liquified

This is not a super sweet smoothie, but it will give you energy for the morning. Change/adjust ingredients to use what you have…that’s the fun of making your own smoothie.
