What’s that mean anyway?…been hearing this alot lately…

Thinking, saying, doing, picking anything that will advance you or the other person into a better, stronger individual…physically, mentally, emotionally.

Therefore:

*We take walks to retain our muscle tone

*We eat nourishing foods

*We read/watch inspiring material

*We think noble thoughts

*We build others up

*We pick wholesome friends

If we do these things, we will:

*Have strong healthy bodies

*Have good sound minds

*Have solid relationships

*Have value for others

*We will have life!
